Yes I go by the Crazy Card Lady BUT I have been asked if it is possible to pull a Superman. So stepped inside a phone booth and came out with a red cape that was flowing in the wind. I now was able to be a Crazy Invite Lady too!
There is nothing more rewarding then making something handmade for someone and having the recipient just fall in love with your creation. My handmade crafts are all in form of paper goods. The only reason that this whole Crazy Card Lady saga even began was because of my card recipients. They all fell in love with them! So I started spending more and more time in the craft and apologizing to my family that I was hiding out in there crafting away. P&PD would ask “what are you doing tonight:, and my response would always be “I’ll be crafting it up”, and her sweet reply to me was “you’re such a craft whore!” Indeed I was a craft whore in the making!
I then set up an Etsy page because I started having so many cards just hanging in the room and figured I can get these on there and sell. These amazing cards were in need of a good home. I mean seriously who wouldn’t want to get a cute homemade card from my shop in the mail instead of a Hallmark card that anyone can just pick up at your local Hallmark. Homemade cards are one of a kind! After setting up shop I then informed some people of it and received a request to make some invitations.
I was all about it this meant a new challenge and I was ready to take it on. I have been working on these over the last week so I will be posting the final product for these over the next couple days. They were looking for a Bird Nest theme with nature colors. I was all about it and went for the kraft paper to give them that added natural feel. They are coming together so great, I can’t wait to post! Along with this baby shower request I am also making a matching banner and cupcake toppers I will be sure and get these all posted once they are all completed, so be on the look out!
In the mean time I do have a sample of a Save the Date that I did also with some birds, but these are love Birds in a Cage. Again I felt the need to stick with the kraft paper I felt that it tied in very well together.
This Crazy Card lady is ready to take on any and all of your card needs. Let me know what you are in need of and we can work together and make something work for you. I hope you come back and visit our blog frequently. Stop by my Etsy shop and see what cards I have over there, I will be adding cards on a weekly basis. And if you don’t see what it is that you need email me and let me know what it is that you need and I would be more than happy to create a personal listing for your card needs
Be back soon I need to go and get my craft on!
