If you are curious how I made his Santa outfit. Easy. Peaseeeeee .... I totally cut up a Santa hat ... by cutting off the tip of the hat and hot glueing the tips of it together to fit his wee little ol' (creepy) head, and then cutting up some of that white fluff and then hot glueing that around his hat .... then more white fluff for his arms ... its all about using whats laying around the house, my friends! I'm pretty sure he's going to get a good laugh out of this tomorrow. He loves his Elf on a Shelf. :)
