Party Prep Time!

Pin It now! Well, it's that time of the year again where I rack my brain with creative ideas for my daughter's Birthday party! This year, we have decided on a bowling party. If you know my daughter (and me) we are not really tom boyish ... not that bowling is for boys only! I can wii bowl! I'm just saying, we always have to add some sparkle to our parties! You know ... lots of zebra, lime's and pink's! It's how we roll!!

So last night, as we were planning food for the party, we had this awesome idea to buy more of these super cute travel tumblers that I found at the dollar tree! (SWEETness, that store rocks, thanks Crazy Card Lady for turning me onto cheap crap). This find tho, was super awesome! Originally, I bought one to make a cute tumbler for my daughter to carry her hot cocoa in while waiting for the bus in the mornings ... I added zebra fabric(so her) and a cute letter "K" on the front in cheetah fabric to insert inside the tumbler for some sparkle. But, last night's idea totally rocked my socks off - so we got to cutting up lots and lots of old teen vogue mags! BRILLIANT idea i tell you! We just mod podged that iiish together and wah-laa ... Ladies and Gentlemen, we created a master piece that is sure to be a hit at her awesome bowling party! Stay tuned - I will post more ideas!
